How fast is delivery?+
After the payment confirms, the refill is pushed to the carrier. Lightning confirms in seconds; on-chain usually a few minutes. End-to-end is typically under five minutes.
Do I need an account?+
No. You can top up as a guest with just an email for the receipt. An account adds order history and saved numbers.
Is there any KYC?+
Standard top-ups do not require identity verification. Large or unusual orders may be reviewed for fraud prevention.
What if I entered the wrong number?+
Contact support immediately with your order ID. If the refill hasn't been dispatched we can stop it; once it reaches the carrier it cannot be reversed.
What if the refill never arrives?+
Failed deliveries are refunded in the same cryptocurrency, or we re-send. Open a ticket with your order ID.
Are there extra fees?+
The price you see at checkout is what you pay in crypto. Blockchain network fees are paid by you when sending the transaction.
