What we collect

To process a refill we need the phone number you want to top up, the receiving carrier, the amount, and an email address for the receipt. We also receive the crypto payment data on-chain. If you create an account we also store the email you register with and your order history.

What we do with it

We use that data to execute the top-up with the carrier, to issue the receipt, to answer support requests, and to detect fraud. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.

Who we share data with

• The mobile carrier that fulfills the top-up (the phone number is passed to them).
• Our payment processor for the crypto invoice (payment status only).
• Our email provider for the receipt.
• Authorities, when we are legally required to disclose data.

Cookies

The site uses strictly necessary cookies to keep your session and preferences working. We do not run cross-site advertising trackers.

Retention

Order records are kept for as long as required by applicable accounting and anti-money-laundering rules — typically five years from the date of the order.

Your rights

You can ask us to export your data, correct it, or delete it (within the limits of the retention rules above) by writing to the address below. If you are in the EU, UK or similar jurisdictions, GDPR-style rights apply in full.
